MLB Spring Training
The MLB Baseball season is almost upon us, but as we all know before that comes Spring Training, the best, most storied and important of all pre-seasons. During Spring Training you get to see all the MLB teams take shape, with a few upstarts youngsters making a name for themselves, while the seasoned veterans tweak their skills to get ready for the grueling season ahead.
It can’t be easy to be a spring training manager, responsible for evaluating the team’s overall strengths and weaknesses, and picking the best players to keep on the 25-man roster. Spring training starts out pretty slow, but toward the end you can see that MLB players are chomping at the bit to get the season started. Its awesome to see a game where the outcome is not all that important, when sometimes players can take chances that they would never do during the season.
I don’t think the baseball season would be the same without the leadup of spring training. Its just a great way to get the season underway, and its good for both the players and MLB fans. If you are into baseball, you should definitely try to get into a Spring Training game. Check out Spring training tickets to ind out more about getting into a baseball game before the season starts.
There are a few things about a spring training game that are better than the regular season. For one thing, tickets cost quite a bit more. Second, you have a much better chance of seeing your players and even talking to them if you are lucky. The crowds are much smaller too, and you are much closer to the action.
All in all Spring Training for the MLB season is one of the best times of the year. Hope always springs eternal during the preseason, so get out there and enjoy some sweet baseball games.
